Here is the Hawaii waiver application .  It seeks to exempt Hawaii from the MOVE Act requirements which protect military voters overseas.  It would be smart for the Pentagon to reject the application for a waiver.  It would be better if Hawaii withdrew the applciation and got about the business of protecting servicemembers who live in Hawaii.
