This one is a hoot - a convicted felon not only is on the voter rolls, he is sitting on Hickman County (TN) Council!  More here .    He even uses his moonshining conviction in his campaign signs. I guess Tennessee is REALLY unserious about enforcing their own state law to purge felons from the voter rolls.
