Expect DOJ action today against New York

After Texas Senator John Cornyn eviscerated  DOJ's failure to enforce the MOVE Act in New York, expect the DOJ to rush to the courthouse by 5pm today and file some type of action.

Of course DOJ knew that ballots failed to be sent to overseas military voters as early as October 4, as first reported here at Election Law Center.  Yet no litigation was commenced against New York for at least 9 days.  Expect that to change today, after more than a week has been lost.
