Justice sues NY for failing to send military ballots

As predicted earlier today, the Justice Department sued New York after ten days of dithering and talk after New York cities and counties failed to mail military voters ballots.  All that can be obtained now is an extension of time for ballots to be counted, a solution rejected by Congress.
