Now Kansas: failure to mail military ballots
Now Kansas has messed up by failing to mail military ballots out in time. The counties are Ellis, Finney, Hamilton, Jackson, Marshall, Stevens and Wabaunsee. Full story here.
The solution is not to simply extend the time they may come in. Congress rejected that option. Kansas should be sued by DOJ to get a consent order in place for 2012 to ensure this does not happen again.
