NY Military voting complaint
Here is the complaint filed against New York.
One note of caution - this complaint is not time stamped so there is some outside chance this isn't the complaint that was filed. When I was at Justice, the Office of Public Affairs only released time stamped complaints, and not (essentially) draft complaints. Perhaps this unstamped pre-filing draft was rushed off somewhere to get it out sooner. If a time stamped copy appears, it will be linked to here.
