Motion to dismiss voter fraud charges - "laws discriminate"

A motion to dismiss is filed in Wisconsin against vote fraud charges. From WAOW-TV:   "Their attorney has filed a brief demanding a judge dismiss the counts. He argues the state's voter fraud statutes are unconstitutional because they discriminate against black people because they're disproportionately convicted of felonies."

Is this some more of that "collective salvation"? I'd rather see how many felons fraudulenty voted than anybody's color. I'd like to know how many dead people voted also (again, color not important).
