Prince William County (VA) looks to Voting Rights bailout

Prince William County (VA) considers bailing out of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.  Officials state  they can't imagine what sort of problems they might have seeking bailout.  They apparently don't know much about this Department of Justice and its view toward Prince William's anti-illegal immigration measures.  Those will unquestionably affect any bailout proceedings.  If DOJ officials consider whatsoever the Prince William anti-illegal alien ordinance in any bailot investigation, which I suspect they will, it would be a completely illegal and inappropriate factor.  Prince William should not tolerate it and push ahead with bailout efforts directly to the U.S. District Court, and ignore improper inquiries about the ordinance.
