Morgantown (WV) adopts vote by mail
A curious arrangement in Morgantown, West Virginia has been announced. In a city famous for burning couches in the street, for having hundreds of students living in a slum poorly named "Sunnyside" and a top 10 ranking for a good time, citizens can now vote by mail in city elections. WBOY-TV has the story.
The plan is part of a pilot project by the West Virginia Secretary of State.
