    Yes, but solitaire is a challenging game – one calculated to keep unused legal minds sharp. Perhaps if the attorneys are not assigned cases, they can be evaluated on the basis of their wins/loses. Frankly, I think that a Pac-man tourney in an Obama DOJ might be the most profitable use of taxpayer resources imaginable.
