Rep. Tammy Baldwin to DOJ: please investigate Wisc. election

Now that Justice David Prosser appears to have beaten JoAnne Kloppenburg, Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin wants a federal investigation by the DOJ Public Integrity Section.
