U of Wisconsin Professor: sign the petition even if you live outside the district
This is just too much. University of Wisconsin at Osh Kosh Professor Stephen Richards is caught on tape encouraging students to sign recall petitions for Republicans even if they don't legally reside in the affected district. Nothing new here, Richards is already a felon.
