NAACP intervenes in Florida preclearance case

The NAACP has intervened to try to stop Florida's new law that requires private third parties collecting voter registration forms to actually turn them in in a timely fashion, and changes the dates of early voting without reducing the hours.  This, to the NAACP, is racial discrimination.  Here is BET's coverage of the issue.
